Oh that pesky midlife weight gain. I know for sure that it’s something that so many women seem to struggle with at this stage - particularly that extra weight that seems to accumulate out of nowhere around the tummy. And then feels almost impossible to shift.

Well there is good reason it’s happening and believe me when I say it’s definitely not just happening to you. This is a common side effect of the peri to post-menopause transition. But that doesn’t mean we’re powerless to do anything about it - in fact quite the opposite.
