Today I have the privilege of speaking with Psychologist Cindy Goodman Stulberg, from Toronto, ON. Cindy and I break down what Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) actually is, why it works and about how I came to believe IPT was the most natural psychotherapeutic framework for adults with ADHD.

Join us as we explore:

  • What strategies can be used to improve relationships affected by ADHD?
  • How can individuals with ADHD navigate societal expectations and perfectionism?
  • How can individuals with ADHD improve their attention and focus?
  • How can therapists effectively work with clients who have ADHD?
