Active Duty Army Staff Sergeant, Q. Wilkinson, joins us to talk about Military spouse mental health. SSG Wilkinson lost his wife due to mental illness in June of 2020. Now, SSG Wilkinson talks with us about the importance of mental health, suicide awareness, how he copes with this tragedy, and adjusting to life as a single dad.
