Rachel Cutler is a Lead Product Designer based in NYC. She specializes in creating user-centric experiences for e-commerce brands. She has worked with Instacart, Brita, Fellow Products, Coterie, and many more. She builds user experiences that are brand-focused to drive user engagement, and conversion rates, and develop ride-or-die loyal customers.
Her design rules are her tools to connect to the target audience in a meaningful way, to create an initial instinct about an inanimate object - a piece of furniture, water filter, coffee thermos, even a toothbrush.
