On this week's episode, I am going to be talking about how and why Ozempic does NOT cause muscle loss. If you have pre-diabetes or diabetes, listen up, because you can go as low carb as you want and you can take all the Ozempic in the world, but you are never going to get ahead if you're not actively building muscle. Not protecting your muscle is akin to shooting yourself in the foot with these peptides.
