What if I told you that in 1962 the US government proposed a "false flag" plan to President Kennedy that called for CIA operatives to commit acts of terrorism against American military and US civilian targets, so they could blame the acts on Cuba and justify a war against Cuba. This operation was called OPERATION NORTHWOODS and President Kennedy rejected it. But just over a year and a half later, on November 22, 1963, would the plan that Kennedy rejected be used against him?
