How do you check in with your personal fitness and nutrition? Do you? Do you use subjective measures like energy and mood? We talk about a number of assessment tools we use in the coaching business, for both competitive athletes and health junkies. Jesse discusses how he assesses incoming clients; their training age and potential, how to determine their prescribed volume, the pros and cons to one rep maxes and much more.
