Grief is an emotion of deep sorrow and is a natural response to loss - especially for things like death. However, grief can also be about the emotional suffering you feel when someone or something you love is taken away from circumstances other than death. For example the loss and suffering many experienced due to the pandemic. The pandemic paved a whole new way forward filled with uncertainty while leaving our old comforting ways behind. In today’s episode, we talk to grief and its relationship to anxiety, sadness and feeling lost over a past life.
