Addy Herman is an 18-year old professional athlete and entrepreneur based in Pembroke, Massachusetts.

Outside of the show, she competes professionally in worldwide events as a sponsored athlete. She holds 2 World Champion titles and took 1st in the first ever World Cup event in 2023 (trial for Obstacle Course Racing in the Olympics).
Having graduated high school in May of 2023, she decided to spend the following year solo traveling. She set up various internships with people around the country to jumpstart her career. She also had the opportunity to bring her experience in ninja warrior to different gyms around the country, holding events and ninja programs at these locations. In February 2024, She traveled to Sierra Leone, Africa, to build an obstacle course for children at an orphanage.
While she still plans to train and compete just as hard, she hopes to continue traveling, start her speaking career, grow her business, and inspire others to accomplish their own goals in life. Addy's main message is “Persistence Over Perfection”, and she hopes to encourage others by showing how this belief has truly shaped her into the person she is now.
