The Supreme Court laid down a 6-3 ruling in Murthy v. Missouri, with the majority deciding that the plaintiffs did not have standing in the case where they alleged the Biden administration coerced social media companies into censoring "misinformation" about the COVID-19 pandemic. The High Court also made an error this week, accidentally posting a decision in the Idaho emergency abortions case stating that abortions would be allowed in cases of emergency in the state.
