He saw that despite the millions of dollars being donated to Africa, what was missing was leadership. He wanted to bring a longer term vision to what was needed in Africa. Daniel found a calling in this work and was instrumental in creating a course for women leaders. The results of this course are way beyond what he thought possible. Women who felt hopeless and without a reason to live are transformed into powerful women who are making a difference and changing lives. There are now 1000 graduates and course leaders being developed. Daniel's organization is ready to scale up.
