The first thoughts in the morning matter. Direct them to be good. That starts your "thought train" to roll in the right direction. Anything negative coming up will come to slow down your train and make it go the other direction. Don't do that to yourself. You will have one train engine pulling your train to good and another to the opposite direction. The more fuel you give one of them the more it can pull. You can really feel the strain this process has on you. It is pulling you in 2 directions. Here we talk about how to reinforce the good thoughts and the good energy train engine by seeing the good, even in things that can be aggravating.
