Newton's First Law of Motion, also known as the Law of Inertia, is quite relatable to making lifestyle changes and forming habits. In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin Doctor highlights how getting started with a new habit is often the most challenging part, as initial inertia can hold you back. The advice given is to "never miss a Monday" in order to maintain momentum and prevent the disruption of your habits, especially after weekends, which can lead to a cycle of missed days and decreased motivation.
We will meet you thrice a week- Monday, Wednesday & Friday on YouTube and all audio streaming platforms.
