This week I would like to introduce you to Ari Whitten.
Ari Whitten is a best-selling author and the creator of the Energy Blueprint system. A chronic fatigue and energy-optimization specialist with a world-wide following, Ari hosts the Energy Blueprint Podcast, bringing together leading experts in the field of fatigue and energy enhancement for the education of all. Many of my favorite holistic health thought leaders are folks that Ari has featured there, so I thought it appropriate to ask Ari to share his learnings with us, and he did not disappoint.
With a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and recent completion of coursework for a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Ari has plenty of book learning on the topic of energy enhancement. But he also comes by his knowledge the hard way: from lived experience. In his youth, Ari went down hard with Epstein Barr virus, developing the chronic fatigue that would give direction to and fuel passion for the rest of his career. He has spent the last 20 years obsessively researching the most effective and evidence-based approaches to energy enhancement, something which my patients with complex, chronic mystery illness need more than anyone--though everyone can benefit from the simple tools he shares.
