This is not to criticize our peers, this is for us to learn and to ultimately become better at what we do. Today we break down dispatch calls throughout an active shooter event at Perry High School in Perry, Iowa.
We also interview my good friend Mandi Runnells. Mandi started in records and warrants when she was 18 years old. She eventually became a dispatcher, a CTO, supervisor, then manager.
