Being the good mom is exhausting. Carrying the mental, emotional and physical load that comes with trying to do it all and be it all is causing you huge stress and anxiety.

Good mom syndrome is prevalent all over the world so you are not alone. But it is actually getting you the opposite results to what you want. The stress of trying to be the good mom is making you snappy, reactive and impatient, leaving you feeling guilty, tired and overwhelmed.

This episode explains why we experience good mom syndrome and gives you the first step out of it. You are a great mom and you deserve to be certain and confident in your role as a mom for you and for your children!
