She also shares a meditation for being in the 'NOW MOMENT', There will also be an angelic meditation to clear the solar plexus from energies which may be holding you back. Sometimes we get stuck in this chakra and it stops us moving forward. This will clear the chakra and help you align to who you are thus enabling the return of your power!
