In today's episode Michelle speaks with health coach Sheila Keilty. After several back surgeries, gaining over a hundred pounds and having her doctors tell her to find a therapist to come to terms that she would not have a lengthy life, she decide to take her health into her own hands. Sheila began researching and studying what she needed to do to cure herself.

Now she has turned what she learned about nutrition, food sourcing and overall good health to teach people how to control their own health destiny. We have everything we need to live a long prosperous life we just need the information and right mindset.
