Njathi Kabui or simply known as Chef Kabui is an eclectic organic Chef & Medical Anthropologist with a passion for Food Justice, Food Literacy, and Organic farming. He has designed his own disruptive cuisine called “Afro Futuristic Conscious Cuisine” _ He has also given lectures at universities such as Duke University, the University of Cape Town, Rutgers University, and the University of Michigan.
