Welcome back to The Other Girls Podcast, in this episode myself and guest Steph Elswood, discuss our journeys with sober curiosity and how it led Steph to found her alcohol-free spirit, CAROUSE, that is taking the market by storm.
We also discussed some more personal topics as we opened up about our histories with disordered eating, and I shared with Steph why I had to stop being plant-based. In her first podcast since announcing her pregnancy, Steph also shared with us the struggles she's been experiencing throughout her pregnancy.
