I teach, promote and live as a whole-food, plant-based vegan because of the evidence which shows that when we consume the inflammatory properties of animal products, it increases our chances of disease, deficiency, premature death, or disability.

Many of us live with conditions, excess weight, pain, and suffering that we don't have to. Just because you can live with the disease doesn't mean you should.

In this episode, I talk about the power of plants and revisit the reasons why a whole-food, plant-based diet is so powerful for optimal health, longevity, disease prevention, and disease reversal.
