Kata is a Japanese word (型 or 形) meaning "form". It refers to a detailed pattern of martial arts movements made to be practised alone. It can also be reviewed within groups and in unison when training. It is practised in japanese martial artis as a way to memorize and perfect the movements being executed.
Senbongeiko: it's formed by 2 words: Senbon 千本 one thousand + counter and keiko 稽古 to think about old things (so beautiful! Let me know if you wanna deepen this part, I just love this word!)
