From my experience working with widowers, men struggle a lot with reconnecting with their sexuality after their spouse passes. It becomes even more challenging for those who were also caretakers or their spouses lost the battle to a long illness. In this episode, I'll talk about how men can try to reconnect with who they are as sexual beings after going through grief, and how to prepare themselves for meeting new people.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- How to deal with the feelings and emotions produced by losing a loved one that affects your sexuality

- The most common feelings widowers face when thinking of sex after losing their spouses

- How to realise you are ready to move on with your sexual life

- The best ways to meet new people and how to navigate dating apps

- What you must be crystal clear about before going to meet new people

After perhaps many years of putting your desires and needs in second place, at the moment you feel you came full circle with grieving your loved one, it is time to think of your own desires. It is also an opportunity to try new things, learn something you didn't know about who you are as a sexual being, and decide how you want to move forward.
