Do you trust yourself to follow through on your own promises?

Building confidence isn’t JUST about wearing the shorts or saying the affirmations to yourself in the mirror. The true foundation of confidence is unwavering trust in YOURSELF. Each day we wake up and have multiple chances to build our confidence. Did you get out of bed when you said you were going to? Did you do the task you planned on? Following through with your actions is building trust, and in turn confidence, while not doing them is creating distrust in yourself.

Confidence isn’t something that comes naturally or arrives when you finally reach your goal weight, it is inherently tied to the trust you have built within yourself.
