Thais Gibson is the co-founder of the Personal Development School as well as the author of the book, "Attachment Theory Guide". Throughout her career, she has worked with thousands of clients and helped them to positively transform their lives, relationships, and goals. Thais is certified in over 13 different areas of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, neurolinguistic programming and transpersonal psychology. Thais also has a successful YouTube channel focused on attachment styles and relationship psychology with over 3.5MM views.
The most influential factor in relationships is, according to Thais Gibson, our attachment style. Where do we learn our attachment style? Childhood trauma.
