Hey friend,
Well, after our last episode it really got me thinking. I’m chatting about how easy to make weekday meals a breeze but you may be sitting there thinking…..

That’s great to have a 5 minute plan each night to be ready for the following day to bust any stress that accompanies dinner time.
But I think we should take this one step further.
In today’s episode:

  • Some of our families go-to weekday meals
  • Ways to create healthy, nutritious and delicious meals without the stress (*** tools)
  • How to make convenience healthy and affordable
  • Reframing meals and meal prep with the long goal in mind

I hope this gives you that little nudge and reminder to reframe meal time no matter how full your schedule is. Your health isn’t worth compromising and I promise as you refine this to meet you where you are at, you will feel more energy in your body, clarity in your mind and reduce the amount of time spent in the kitchen.
