I hope you are having an amazing day. Today’s Monday Pep-Talk is a little behind the scenes.

I’m back doing some 1:1 coaching and ohhhh how I’ve missed it. I love that I get to use my passion for wellness in a number of different ways infusing it into the workshops/events/education/conversations we have over at Her Collab Co and in our Amare Happy Team wellness community. But it feels so good to be back working in the trenches with women in a 90 day container.

Bring this conversation into your home and with your kids, encouraging them and supporting them as they get to understand how their bodies work and how to support and fuel them properly.
