Most recently ADDO developed Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a servant leadership-based program that trains more than 30,000 leaders annually. Garrett was named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young People in the World'' by the Junior Chamber International in India and has visited 197 countries on his quest to better understand himself and others. Garrett studied economics at the University of Georgia and leadership development at Harvard Business School and is the author of the book 10 Seconds of Insane Courage.
