Sarah Mohtadi MD, Tamara Clark MD, and Alisha Qaiser MD discuss their experiences as women in medicine and advise other females currently in medical school or prospective students wanting to become physicians. They discuss differences in pay, the differences they observe between male and female 1st-year residents, and how to succeed in the first year.
They also discuss why they chose UMHS for their Medical School
