Let’s be honest, for many of us it’s been equal parts beautiful and intense and uncomfortable as we step into fresh ways of being in and creating our lives.
As we make decisions and take actions that move us forward into new things, our nervous system can often signal alarm bells and move into a state of dysregulation - keeping us feeling stuck or like progress is oh so slow.
So we thought we’d do a check-in to share where we’ve landed after an intense start to the year, and talk through how we are resourcing ourselves so we don’t get stuck here.
