The outlook is not great for US v. Skrmetti, the Supreme Court case that had oral arguments today about the Tennessee ban on gender-affirming care for minors. The outcome of this case could either get rid of trans bans across the country or provide precedent for even more bans to come. And with Trump entering the White House, the future of the case is uncertain.
