In today's Podcast, Dr. Ghozland welcomes his friend and colleague Dr. Mark Youssef to discuss the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. After touching briefly on Dr. Youssef's background in Gynecology and his transition to cosmetic work, they talk about what an 'ideal' butt shape looks like today. From there, they do a deep dive into what the realistic expectations are for the procedure, where the fat for the procedure comes from, how long the procedure takes, how long it lasts, and things to avoid after the procedure has been performed. They also cover alternative options if the patient does not have the fat content needed for the procedure, the risks that are involved, and what to expect in the months following the surgery.
