Most of the time, we feel most centered in the morning. We have taken at least 7 hours (hopefully) to sleep and reset and when we wake up, we feel more motivated than we did the afternoon or night before. So it makes sense that when we feel off that we decide to just wait until tomorrow to get back on track. But when you do wait until then, you’re going to make it take longer for you to reach your ultimate goal of stopping binge eating.

In this episode, I’m exploring what it means to be centered and how you can reset to get there without waiting until the morning. I’ll share some ideas with you and help you decide that you can reset and center now, instead of waiting. Listen in to find out how you’ll do it.
