In honour of October being Autism Awareness Month in Canada. The team speak to Julia Mitchell who was diagnosed with dyslexia, anxiety, and ADHD early in life, but she always felt like something was missing in understanding her experiences. After years of heightened sensitivity, struggles with routines, and emotional disconnect, she finally discovered that she is autistic. Julia shares her journey to the diagnosis, which was initially dismissed by doctors with the hopes of helping others.
