In today’s episode, I'm honored to share part of an inspiring story from one of our group members, Sarah Davenport. Sarah speaks wisely about how she’s learning to love and be compassionate towards herself even when she’s not perfect. She offers a powerful analogy about transforming pain, trauma, and shame into something richer and better. (It’s a real mind-blowing, “black gold” mic drop kind of moment.) I think Sarah’s perspective is such a healthy and inspiring approach to help process and release the past. I hope you find this helps you too.
