Today I dive into a question we should be asking a lot more and we don't for various reasons like fear, shame, embarrassment, ego. It is Please help me. Asking for help has changed my life so many times and I have seen it change so many other lives too which is why today I'm diving into why it's so important to ask for help. Asking for help is a stage in one of my programs so I will be sharing some slides from it and also some exercises you can do by yourself or with someone. I hope you enjoy it.
