麦金鸡

材料1

去骨鸡胸 1个 413克

马铃薯 (大的,去皮) 1粒 256克

大洋葱 (去衣切半)1粒170克

制作:

1. 把去皮去骨的鸡胸和马铃薯,大洋葱一起放进搅拌机中搅成泥,待用

调味料1

马铃薯粉 30克

蚝油 15毫升

麻油 15毫升

胡椒粉 1茶匙

酱清15毫升

制作:

1. 把所有的调味料加入搅拌好的肉泥中翻拌均匀,便可。

材料2 - 炸麦香鸡

油 200毫升

方法:

1. 热锅加入油待热后转中小火。

2. 把肉泥用汤匙大小随意的放入油锅中,半煎半炸的把麦金鸡炸到两面金黄色便可。
