Do you ever feel like you are constantly unsatisfied and always looking for your next accomplishment? Do you sometimes wonder what the point is? Do you want to feel free from this?

Here are the questions I suggest you think about:

Who am I as a person?

What do I believe in? What do I stand for? What matters most to me?

Why am I here?

What am I doing in my life? What should I be doing in my life?

What is the point of things?

Where is it all going?

I will also give you some tips and ideas to explore your own existential health so you can feel more fulfilled and happier in your life.

  1. Go big.
  2. Get small.
  3. Purposeful contemplation.
  4. Your legacy.
