Today we're revisiting Ep 12 and the concept of 'faking it till you make it'. As a coach, I do a lot of work around identity and helping people discover who they truly are. And in this episode, I explore why faking it can be damaging because it takes away from the journey of discovering our true selves.
In this episode, I share my insights from my own life on the topic of sex and relationships, as well as lessons I have learned from my work as a coach. I hope that by sharing my experiences, you can gain a better understanding of why "faking it till you make it" is not the best approach.
