Arnold Beekes, known as the Brain Fitness Trainer, joins us from Romania to discuss conformity.
Specifically, he and I share tales of our upbringing, highlighting key examples of conformity and the prevention of independent-thinking. It's a great conversation with plenty of laughs as we compare and contrast the similarities and differences in our lives.
