Wow, this week's guest blew me away.
Dr Charlotte Ord has featured extensively as a physical and mental health expert across television, radio and print media platforms and advocates a truly holistic approach to health and well-being that celebrates and respects body diversity.
Charlotte is a chartered Counselling Psychologist and has an extensive background in health, fitness, and issues around weight and eating. She works in private practice, both remotely and in person, and is passionate about promoting health at every size.

We really got into it in this week's episode and chatted about:
Charlotte's experience as a trainer on the Biggest Loser. How this experience gave her a platform to discuss a different approach to fitness.
How Charlotte's career evolved from trainer to counselling psychologist.
Why exercise is NOT therapy and why trainers need to hold those boundaries with clients.
How weight stigma and discrimination doesn't just affect us on an individual level but is a social justice issue.
How parents can help their children navigate social media and not fall prey to diet culture and the toxicity that can exist in the fitness industry
How genetics and socio-economic environments are our prime determinants of health AND of body shape or size.
Phew! I think this is one of my meatiest episodes yet and I know you will take a lot from it.
Lots of love to you all
xxxx

Are you simply fed up with hating your body? Are you stuck in the 'earn and burn' cycle when it comes to exercise?
