“Stop thinking about it and go feel about it.”

I remember when Victoria Albina (@victoriaalbinawellness) said this to me on a call and damn was she RIGHT.

(Ps. Check out her podcast episode. S2, E33!)

She invited me to stop trying to think through a big decision and to go DANCE about it.

When you do this, you can access your intuition. You can notice where things are living in your body. You can finally hear what your body is trying to tell you.

On this episode of the Get A Helmet Podcast I share a somatic practice for releasing anxiety.

Mindful Minisode: Feeling Into What Your Body is Telling You and Releasing Anxiety with Somatic Movement

We do a live somatic movement practice together on this episode so you can get a taste of this work and its power.

This practice is so powerful for connecting deeper to your body, activating your power and breaking free from anxious thoughts.
