Myo Reps is a hybrid of rest pause and cluster set training. Just like the variety of different training techniques we can implement, it is another tool in the toolbox and as we know there are many ways to Rome.

We touch on how you can practically implement it, the thought process behind it, in addition to some interesting data coming out of University of Tampa investigating the use of Myo-Reps.
