Meine letzte Wettkampfsaison ging am 14.10.2023 mit der Europameisterschaft der INBA/GNBF zu Ende und damit meine aktive Laufbahn als Wettkampfathlet. Nun beginnt die "heiße" Phase der Post Prep. Mitunter eine sehr schwere und harte Zeit. Teilweise für manche noch schwerer/schlimmer als die eigentliche Diät.
Mit dieser Folge starte ich die Post-Prep-Serie, welche ursprünglich der Grund der Entstehung dieses Podcast war. Bisher gab es ein paar "Fresskalationen".
Seid gespannt, wie ich mit dieser Phase umgehe, was alles so passiert und wie ich generell mit dieser Phase umgehe. Stay tuned!
