Jon Coupal, President of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association talks about the state of the state but more importantly, the "death tax" that is currently being discussed by the legislature. Hear from varied perspectives as the discussion meanders through political bias very subtly and comes out with consensus, not agreement, that something definitely needs to be addressed.
