The stats show that around 88% of people say they procrastinate for at least 1 hour every day. And more people struggle with procrastination than suffer from alcoholism, substance abuse and depression.
In the workplace, 80% of employees say they procrastinate between 1 to 4 hours on any given work day. And if we were to look at the cost of this if an employee is procrastinating just 1 hour per day this costs companies around £5 000 - £20 000 per worker, per year.
