In this episode, we unpack this very real sense of hurt that can plague our mental state and even have physical implications on our body. Rejection can hurt, but it is a part of the human construct and we all may face this very real conundrum at some point in our lives. Isolation and exclusion, particularly in a social situation, can be very harmful. Not getting picked for a dodgeball game or even getting dumbed by your first crush can be painful. Working through your pain will yield a sense of strength and purpose.
