As adults with ADHD we can have difficulty managing our emotions & responding in healthy ways.
But the good news is that we can learn to regulate our emotions & it's also very simple.
Emotional regulation is not about NOT feeling or ridding ourselves of all negative emotions. It’s about creating the safety we need to feel our emotions & responding in healthy ways.
