This is a simple mindfulness body scan meditation that is typically taught as a foundational practice in my workshops and classes. Body is the anchor for your awareness, body is in the present moment. Awareness of the body is the place we return to when the attention wanders and thoughts arise. Awareness of your inner experience develops over time and with practice. Enjoy your meditation. :)
