Caring for your pelvic floor and perineum after a vaginal birth.

If you’ve been listening to me for awhile, you will know that everything I do is helping you to be proactive, it is helping you to protect yourself from unwanted issues.

It’s about being on the front foot, rather than being reactive and treating things AFTER they’ve occurred.

So thus, this episode today is to help your pelvic floor and perineum feel better after birth, and these strategies today are really for those first few days after birth.

So hopefully you are pregnant listening to this, or if you aren’t in those early few days, this will be helpful for any future births.

Whether you’ve had perineal tears, or you are just feeling a little tender, or if you want to help your pelvic floor and perineal area with recovery as much as possible, these tips are for you, enjoy!
